Our Story

From Mackey Street to Sir Milo Butler Highway

Caribbean Bottling Company and its predecessor companies have serviced The Bahamas with Coca-Cola products for over 75 years. The original factory stood on Mackey Street in Nassau, with a depot located across the street.

In 1965 a fire destroyed the Mackey Street plant. A new plant was constructed on Thompson Boulevard in the late 1960s, and the company operated from that location until 2011, when the Sir Milo Butler Highway site became operational.

In 2013 CBC acquired T&C Refreshments, becoming the Coca-Cola distributor for the Turks and Caicos Islands. In December 2020 the company launched Caribbean Wines and Spirits.

  • December 2020 Caribbean Wines and Spirits launched as a subsidiary of Caribbean Bottling Company (Bahamas) Ltd.
