Becoming a CBC Customer

Call Customer Service

Speak to the Customer Service department on 242 397 4253 to begin opening an account.
Set up your account

An account establishes the purchasing history CBC uses when assessing equipment requests such as coolers and fountain systems.
Place your first order

Minimum order is ten cases for complimentary commercial delivery in New Providence and Grand Bahama.

Ordering

Delivery is complimentary to commercial customers in New Providence and Grand Bahama.
Minimum order is ten cases.
Orders placed before 2:00pm are typically delivered the following business day.
Orders placed after 2:00pm are typically delivered within 48 hours.
CBC does not deliver to residences. Collect from any depot instead.
Depots are open Monday to Saturday, 7:00am to 3:00pm.

Family Islands

Family Island customers order by phone and CBC delivers to the boat.

Place your order with Customer Service.
On receipt of payment, product is delivered to the shipping vessel of your choice.
A toll free line is available for Family Island callers.

Request any of the forms below from the department listed.

Cooler Request Form Required before a cooler can be placed. An account and purchasing history are needed first. Downloadable file to be supplied by CBC.
Promotional Material Request Form For signs, banners and umbrellas. Downloadable file to be supplied by CBC.
Sponsorship request Submitted to the Marketing Department in hard copy or by email.

Equipment

Account holders who meet the minimum purchasing requirements can request coolers, fountain dispensers and vending placement.
